IMPORTANT FACILITY NOTES
- Batting cages are available to use at the facility (see above graphic for location)
- All diamonds have TURF infields
- TURF FIELD RULES:
- ALL players at ALL ages are not allowed to wear metal cleats on any turf field at any USSSA event in Indiana
- Chewing gum and sunflower seeds are not permitted on turf fields
- Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in ejections or forfeiture of the game

TOURNAMENT FORMAT & DIVISION NOTES
12U DIVISION
- Each team will play two pool play games on Saturday
- All teams will be seeded based on pool play results and advance to the single elimination State Championship Bracket on Sunday
11U DIVISION
- Each team will play two pool play games on Friday
- All teams will be seeded based on pool play results and advance to the single elimination State Championship Bracket on Saturday
10U DIVISION
- Each team will play two pool play games on Friday
- All teams will be seeded based on pool play results and advance to the single elimination State Championship Bracket on Saturday
- The 10U division plays with OPEN BASES:
- Leadoffs, dropped third strike and infield fly rule are all in play
9U DIVISION
- Each team will play two pool play games on either Friday or Saturday
- All teams will be seeded based on pool play results and advance to the single elimination State Championship Bracket on Sunday
- The 9U division uses the rules that are listed in the Indiana USSSA Rules Packet for the 9u A/AA divisions:
- No Leadoffs
- A player cannot leave the base until the ball has crossed the plate
- If a player leaves the base before the ball crosses the plate he will be declared out
- A player cannot leave the base until the ball has crossed the plate
- No Dropped Third Strike
- A batter is automatically out on a dropped/missed third strike by the catcher
- No Infield Fly Rule
- Infield fly rule is NOT used
- No Leadoffs
8U DIVISION
- Each team will play two pool play games on either Friday or Saturday
- All teams will be seeded based on pool play results and advance to the single elimination State Championship Bracket on Sunday
- The pitching distance for 8u is 40 feet
- Coaches must start on the line, and can take one step forward as they are delivering the pitch
7U DIVISION
- Each team will play two pool play games on Saturday
- All teams will be seeded based on pool play results and advance to the single elimination State Championship Bracket on Sunday
- The pitching distance for 7u is 35 feet
- Coaches must start on the line, and can take one step forward as they are delivering the pitch
6U DIVISION
- Each team will play two pool play games on Saturday
- All teams will be seeded based on pool play results and advance to the single elimination State Championship Bracket on Sunday
- The pitching distance for 6u is 30 feet
- Coaches must start on the line, and can take one step forward as they are delivering the pitch
AWARDS & MERCHANDISE
Champions and Finalists of the bracket in each division receive State Championship awards! Event t-shirts and other merchandise will be available to purchase on-site at the tournament.

Indiana USSSA Rules, National USSSA Rules & Official Baseball Rules
ROSTER REQUIREMENTS
Online rosters are not required; each team must complete the physical roster form (listing all players that will be participating in the event). The roster must be signed by each parent/guardian, the head coach and the league president. These signatures must be handwritten and are verifying that each player participated in at least 50% of the rec league games. Rosters must be completed and submitted to the Ohio Valley Sports office by the end of the day on Monday, July 13th.
TIME LIMITS
- 6u, 7u, 8u & 9u Divisions
- 1 Hour 30 Minutes
- 1 Hour 40 Minutes (Championship Game)
- 10u, 11u & 12u Divisions
- 1 Hour 40 Minutes
- 2 Hours (Championship Game)
- No new inning may be started after time has expired
- All teams must be ready to play 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time

- Average Runs Allowed
- Average Run Differential (Maximum of 8 Run Differential Per Game)
- USSSA Points (Descending)

GAME SCORECARDS
Each head coach must sign the scorecard immediately after the game, confirming the final score of the game and the innings pitched by each individual player that pitched. It is the responsibility of each coach to ensure all information on the scorecard is correct. Once the card has been signed, it is official.
