VENUE
The complex will open 90 minutes before the first game of the day and all diamonds will be unlocked at least 60 minutes prior to the first game of the day.

- All diamonds have TURF infields
- Diamonds 1-6 are located to the left upon entering the park
- Diamonds 7-10 are located to the right upon entering the park
- Batting cages are located inside of the Rec Center (see below graphic for reservation details)

- Pitchers in the 13u & older age divisions must wear turf shoes or tennis shoes on the mound (molded cleats and metal spikes are not permitted)
TOURNAMENT FORMAT & DIVISION NOTES
15U DIVISION
ROSTERS: Rosters are not required to be listed online for 15u events
TEAM LINEUPS: The 15u divisions uses the same USSSA lineup rules as ages 9u-14u; approved team lineups are listed in the National USSSA Rules Packet (Rule 7.02.D)
FORMAT: Each team will play two pool play games on Saturday. All teams advance to the single elimination Championship Bracket on Sunday. Champions and Finalists receive awards.
14AA DIVISION
FORMAT: Each team will play two pool play games on Saturday. All teams advance to the single elimination Championship Bracket on Sunday. Champions and Finalists receive awards.
12AA DIVISION
FORMAT: Sunday only, round robin format. Each team will play three games. Champions and Finalists are determined by best records after all games are complete (standard USSSA pool tiebreakers apply). The 1st and 2nd place teams receive awards. No extra innings are played in this format (all round robin games can end in a tie).
10A DIVISION
OPEN BASES: Leadoffs, dropped third strike and infield fly rule are all in play.
FORMAT: Sunday only, round robin format. Each team will play three games. Champions and Finalists are determined by best records after all games are complete (standard USSSA pool tiebreakers apply). The 1st and 2nd place teams receive awards. No extra innings are played in this format (all round robin games can end in a tie).
8U KID PITCH DIVISION
FORMAT: Sunday only, round robin format. Each team will play three games. Champions and Finalists are determined by best records after all games are complete (standard USSSA pool tiebreakers apply). The 1st and 2nd place teams receive awards. No extra innings are played in this format (all round robin games can end in a tie).
The 8u Kid Pitch division uses the same rules that are listed in the Indiana USSSA Rules Packet for the 9u A/AA divisions:
- No Leadoffs
- A player cannot leave the base until the ball has crossed the plate
- If a player leaves the base before the ball crosses the plate he will be declared out
- A player cannot leave the base until the ball has crossed the plate
- No Dropped Third Strike
- A batter is automatically out on a dropped/missed third strike by the catcher
- No Infield Fly Rule
- Infield fly rule is NOT used
TOURNAMENT RULES

All players must be listed on your team’s online USSSA roster. Player names and DOB must match their official birth certificate. Please ensure all players and guest players are added to your team’s online roster by Thursday at 11:59pm.

TURF FIELD & PORTABLE PITCHING MOUND RULES
7u-12u teams are not allowed to wear metal cleats on ANY playing surface. ALL players at ALL ages are not allowed to wear metal cleats on any turf field at any USSSA event in Indiana. Metal cleats are not allowed on any portable pitching mounds and are also not allowed in the outfield on fields that have turf infields. Additionally, chewing gum and sunflower seeds are not permitted on turf fields. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in ejections or forfeiture of the game.

- 1 Hour 30 Minutes
- 10A – 15U Divisions
- 1 Hour 40 Minutes
- 2 Hours (Championship Game)
- No new inning may be started after time has expired
- All teams must be ready to play 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time

GAME SCORECARDS
Each head coach must sign the scorecard immediately after the game, confirming the final score of the game and the innings pitched by each individual player that pitched. It is the responsibility of each coach to ensure all information on the scorecard is correct. Once the card has been signed, it is official.
