  • All diamonds have TURF infields

 REGISTRATION & SCHEDULE DETAILS 

 

  • Registration begins at 8:30am and will remain open until 12:30pm
  • All players should arrive at least 1 hour 15 minutes prior to their first game and register at the pavilion to receive their event shirt, trading cards and All-State ring
    • Card trading is encouraged at the conclusion of each game and in-between games
  • After registering at the pavilion (located between diamonds 5/6 and the main parking lot), players should report to the field that their first game is scheduled on to meet their team

 

 TEAM ROSTERS 

 

  • Team classification and player primary/secondary positions were taken into account when forming teams to ensure competitive balance
  • Requests were honored when possible, but rosters are now final

 TOURNAMENT RULES & ADDITIONAL NOTES 

 

  • The event uses USSSA rules
    • The 9u division will play with leadoffs, dropped third strike, and infield fly in effect
  • TURF FIELD & PORTABLE PITCHING MOUND RULES:
    • Metal cleats, chewing gum and sunflower seeds are not permitted on turf fields.
  • TIME LIMITS:
    • 1 Hour 30 Minutes (7u/8u Coach Pitch Divisions)
    • 1 Hour 40 Minutes (9u/10u/11u/12u/13u/14u Kid Pitch  Divisions)
  • ATTIRE:
    • All players should wear their event shirt that they will receive at registration
      • The primary color of the event shirt will be the color of the team name
  • ASSISTANT COACHES:
    • Please let your team’s head coach know at the beginning of the day if you are interested in helping and taking on the role of assistant coach or base coach for the event
  • If you indicated on the registration form that your player is able to catch and you have catcher’s gear available, please bring it to the event for your player to use
