    The USSSA COACH PITCH STATE TOURNAMENT takes place in Columbus/Edinburgh/Franklin, Indiana. Coach Pitch State Champions receive championship belts! For some divisions, pool play will begin on Friday morning. Pool play matchups for the State Tournament are determined based on USSSA Points. All teams participating in the Coach Pitch State Tournament must play in two USSSA State Qualifier events by June 10th in order to be eligible to participate in this event.

  • Additional Note

    SCHEDULE RELEASE

    • The schedule for this event will be released by Monday, June 17th
    • There are no schedule requests for the Coach Pitch State Tournament, as pool play is drawn based on USSSA Points and the time of each team’s games will depend on their draw.

    PAYMENT DEADLINE

    • When a division sells out, coaches will receive an email with a payment deadline
    • If you do not receive an early payment deadline email for a sold out division, the payment deadline for this event is Friday, June 14th

Scorecards

The scorecard below is used by umpires in every game to record innings pitched by each player and the score of the game. Umpires will verify with the scorekeeper for each team throughout the game. At the end of the game, each coach is required to sign the scorecard, confirming the final score of the game and the innings pitched by each individual player that pitched. It is the responsibility of each coach to ensure all information on the scorecard is correct.

  • Once the card has been signed, it is official
